NCPMA-Sponsored Certification--Senior Mapper

To be a certified as a Senior Mapper, a person must:

  1. Be a Regular member in good standing of the North Carolina Property Mappers Association;
  2. Have been certified as a Mapper for not less than 2 years;
  3. Have taken the course on Fundamentals of Listing and Assessing at the Institute of Government and received a passing score on the examination given at the conclusion of that course;
  4. Passed an advanced examination on mapping prepared by the Certification Board.
